My special recipe ‘Stonehenge Cure’ is applied to each side of our cured Scottish Salmon for up to 12 hours before being smoked over oak for a minimum of 24 hours.

My finished sides yield a light smokey flavour with a sweet oak flesh.

Hand sliced to order ensures it reaches your table in perfect condition.
